MAN-ufacturing Company BREAK-down
How many of you know the penis can actually break??
Yes you read right......BREAK!!!
When sexually aroused, blood rushes to the penis. This causes the pressure within it to grow making the penis erect and rigid and hard to bend.
A sudden blunt force can lead to pressure overload leading to a penile fracture (actually a tear in its inner structures)......more likely during sexual intercourse or vigorous masturbation.
NOTE ***Penile fractures happen only when one has an erection.***
When soft, the pressure inside the penis is low, so it’s more able to bend and withstand unexpected forces.
Noticeable after fracture are:
*** a cracking or popping sound—that’s actually the tissue tearing.
*** loss of the erection right away, like sticking a pin in balloon.
*** deviation of the penis
*** swelling of the penis ,
*** black-and-blue bruising, and,
*** excruciating pain....ouch!!!
*** and, if the injury affects the urethra (urine pipe), blood may be noticeable when urinating.
Way forward......
The emergency room is the point of call, as embarrassing as this may seem.
AND
surgical repair within 3 days to fix the tear in the penile tissue as the solution.
**This is NOT a wait-and-see condition—as long term complications can result, one of which is inability to get another erection.**
Reducing Risk
*** making sure you’re fully erect before penetration reduces the likelihood of twisting.
*** avoid unnecessary tugging and pulling of your erect penis
*** care should be taken with the woman on top position, research shows that over 50%fractures occur with this position.
I hope you have learnt something today...if yes do drop a comment. ...and please be careful.

ReplyDeleteYou are welcome...
DeleteThis was an eye opener...really. But my question is what of cases where it is naturally bent.. Is this okay or something went wrong somewhere?
ReplyDeleteNaturally bent penises occur and doesn't suggest anything being wrong. So it should not be a problem. ..however ill be doing a post on the different types of penis. So stay tuned...

What if you've noticed blood in urine once & never occur again... does that means the penis has broken ??
