VA-JAY-JAY BLUES
Today is such a good day.....
I celebrate every WOMAN..... πͺπ½πͺπ½... KEEP THE FIRE BURNING!!!
How many of you know it is unlikely for the vagina to smell like a bed of roses?
Despite this knowing, I will still like to see a show of hands, ππππ ---- if you love a smelly Va-jay-jay. π π·
Very commonly we women talk about our skins, human hair, natural hair and makeup.... sadly it is hardly the case of the "slit of life", located in between the female thighs, just somewhere below the
V-shaped valley of spirally and curly strands of hair.
Our focus today is on having a healthy Va-jay-jay π which definitely goes beyond the overall body smelling of the most expensive perfume, having the freshest and smoothest, but also avoiding having unpleasant health problems down there .π±
Enough of the chit chat, Enjoy the readπ.
KEEP ME CLEAN PLEASE
One of the ways to keep the vagina clean is by washing it.
It is important that the natural acidic pH of the vagina be maintained at all times whilst doing this.
Using of harsh or antiseptic soap can disrupt the natural balance inside the vagina, thereby increasing growth and multiplication of harmful bacteria, resulting in unpleasant problems like irritation and burningπ₯, itching, pain, odour, abnormal discharge or infection.
Water alone or very mild toilet soaps are advised.
Avoid using baby wipes. ....hypoallergenic or not......it is not water π....they distort the pH.
Be careful with the cosmetic intimate hygiene products.
???? WHEN TO WASH ????
It is recommended to wash your vagina everyday..... Yep E'RYDAY SISTER!!!
Wash after emptying your bowel (pooping π©) to prevent transmission of bacteria from your anus to your vagina....YUP!!!
When you are on your period, make sure you wash it....GBAM!!!.
Every time you change your pad, wash it some more...Yes Ma'am!!!
Wash your asset π before and after sexual intercourse----- important, because it reduces the risk of multiplication and spreading of harmful bacteria...YES KE!!!
DO NOT DIG INTO ME....I'M NOT A GOLDMINE πππ
Like "seriously" and "frankly" speaking, the vagina has the ability to ‘clean’ itself, so STOP washing it as if it were....a dirty hole π....geez... washing the inside of the vagina can be harmful.
Wash gently and ONLY the exterior.........vulva, the vaginal lips and the area around the clitoris.
WIPE AWAY FROM ME, PLEASE
Wiping forward increases the risk of spreading bacteria from the anus into your vagina, which can result in a urinary tract infection or even more serious problems.
Remember also not to leave tissue particles behind....ensure every bit is gone.....as this also increase the risk of developing issues down there.
I NEED TO BREATHE- -COTTON UNDIES PLEASE
Cotton underwear allow the skin to breathe, simple.
Synthetic materials on the other hand prevent the circulation of air, increase humidity (sweatiness and dampness) and thus create an ideal environment for the growth of harmful bacteria.
Also, avoid wearing tight jeans and pants--- they increase humidity.
When buying underwear, do more full panties and occasional thongs... thongs also increase humidity.
PLEASE, CHANGE MY PAD LINING REGULARLY
Ankara patch, Cotton fabric, Toilet paper are a NO NO as during this red visit (your period)---Steer Clear.
Sanitary towels or tampons are recommended........and.....please change them at least every 4 hours. Do not wait for it to get soaked and become smelly π......don't begin to look at cost.
This helps you keep fresh, feel clean, and keep bad smell away...(blood smells if you don't know).
Staying for over 4 hours provides a favorable environment for harmful bacteria to multiply.
NOTEWORTHY
Reduce your rate of tampon use and NEVER sleep wearing one.
Tampons can cause infections or toxic shock syndrome, which is a potentially fatal disease.
Do not use tampons if you have an infection because it can make things worse.
MAKE ME LESS HAIRY, PLEASE
The less hairer, the less sweaty, the less smelly and less infection prone.
Pretty straightforward ahn. π π
EAT HEALTHY
This cannot be overemphasized. Trust me when you are generally healthy. ...eating healthy, drinking lots of water, getting enough rest, exercising as well.....your lips of life tell good stories about youπππ......
And on this note. ...I say let's KEEP IT CLEAN!!!
Remember never to forget you are beautiful......just the way you are.....
