IT'S YOUR BUSINESS TO KEEP.....MALE OR FEMALE

It feels very good to be here and oh how i have missed you all.

Today we get to talk about keeping our underwear business under check...sanity down there sure does matter....wink.

Today's post address both sexes.

I for one know that making an underwear choice these days can be pretty daunting; due to the varying choices out there, in terms shape, colour, fabric, etc.

!%:{} Confused ?"|@%
There's the continuous confusion of, shall i do -- Boy shorts or Briefs? Cotton or Lycra? Thongs, G strings, T strings or C strings? Is the body shaper not the next best thing? Even the male underwear choice isn't missing out on the confusion/insanity.

Seriously, when did it get all so complicated?

Kindly read on....

Stick With Cotton Underwear

Cotton Underwear

When it comes to fabric choice for the everyday wear, cotton is your best bet. The natural fibers of cotton work well to keep your "business" feeling fresh.

Cotton wicks moisture away from the skin, discouraging yeast growth, so it is advised to choose cotton panties as often as possible.

Try to avoid other synthetic materials like nylon and Lycra, which can “trap moisture and heat, providing a breeding ground for yeast.” If anything, try to at least wear underwear that has a cotton lining on the inside. It also produces less heat that helps keep the testes "balls" healthy and "cook" free...lol.

Seamless Panties Comfort

Seamless Pant

Seamless underwear not only help prevent visible underwear lines but are gentle on your skin.

Elastic bands that are too tight can be very irritating such that repeated irritation and rubbing can cause abrasions (skin breakage) that could go deep enough to cause darkening of the skin or permanent scarring or even a skin infection called intertrigo....causes lots of soreness and itching.

Men are not exempt.

No Thongs When Working Out

Thong Wedgie

Thongs are usually tight fitting and tend to slide back and forth while you exercise. Asides from it being uncomfortable, because it gives you a wedgie all the way, all the friction and heat can lead to UTIs (urinary tract infections) and vaginal bacterial infections, regardless of the fabric type.

Bedtime Commando

Off with the Knickers

And at the end of the day, when it’s time to crash into your bed, ditch that underwear. The best way to keep your lady parts dry and prevent yeast infections is to GO COMMANDO while you’re sleeping. Also, try to wear loose-fitting pajamas that are breathable and non-constricting.Once again, the men benefit from this as the testes get to breath and the area down there as well.

Slow down on the Shape wear

Waist Trainer

Who doesn't love a perfect figure, even men do shape wears to hide that huge tummy bulge. Every girl loves her shape wear, waist trainer, spanx, tights, etc, as much as the next girl, but wearing them too often can cause some serious health problems. The same goes for spandex bottoms and skin-hugging jeans.

This is so because too-frequent use of shape wear and other tight-fitting undergarments can bring on urinary tract infections. Instead, try to wear these items only a couple of times a week and, when you do, definitely wear cotton underwear underneath.
I believe a thing or two has been learnt in today's' read.......enjoy your week and stay awesome.

Also, remember not to forget, you are beautiful just the way you are.......

Great Week
