WHO CARES ANYWAY?
Who cares anyway? I do,.....so smileπ.
JUST because no one can see underwear, does not mean it doesn’t matter. Same as your thoughts, nobody can see them, but they’re the engine of your life.
The truth is despite the investment made in these small squares of fabric, not many really appreciate their importance and the fact that they contain our most delicate anatomy.
There is a lot that’s never discussed about underpants from a health perspective.
Our NO GENDER DISCRIMINATION talk today takes us to the matter of CHOOSING TO OR NOT TO wear undies and if so, WHAT FABRIC type....and no I'm not talking "aso-ebi" things (cord lace, velvet, raw silk things)...., and HOW OFTEN they should be changed.
You are probably wondering if all of these matter at all?????
My quick answer is YES,YES and YES.
FIRST,
Whether you are male or female, wearing panties is better than not wearing panties.
Not wearing underwear, also called going commando, can leave you exposed to infections.
For women, the chances of getting infections are higher during that monthly event especially when wearing a tampon.
Wearing underwear provides protection.
However if you are assured you always keep clean and fresh down there, going commando every now ans then, isn't that bad in itself... (winkwink).
SECONDLY,
Your underwear fabric can make a whole world of difference when it comes to your health and for what purpose you are wearing it.
Cotton is ideal for regular, everyday use, nothing beats a pair of cotton panties -- its material is soft, comfortable and is good for your health and hygiene, because of its breathability, light weight and soft texture.
It is also fine for relatively stationary exercise, like lifting or doing yoga.
However if you engage in more intense exercise like running, which makes you sweat --cotton is a no no.
Cotton soaks up sweat, which makes it heavy and provides a good environment for infection to brew, leading to no-fun genital issues like vulvoganitis (infections in the vagina or vulva) or jock itch (craw-craw things, lol), which I'm sure no one wants.

ERRRM!!!! |
Moisture-wicking materials made from Polyester or Nylon which draw sweat away from the body, keep you cooler and more comfortable while staving off rashes are the preferred, for the more energetic workouts and outdoor activities.
Thongs and G-strings, however, are not suitable for the "gym" (workouts) where your skin is more susceptible to make contact with moisture and bacteria-laden outerwear that can lead to infection.

IMAGINE WORKING OUT WEARING THIS??? |
Furthermore, the idea of its pulling and tugging effect whilst working out, giving its lack of much fabric can cause soreness (ouch) and further increase the risk of infection.
And FINALLY,
Underwear is meant to be changed daily....A FRESH pAIR A DAY.
How guilty are you???? CONFESSION TIME....
Research has shown that less than 8 in 10 men change their pants (underwear) every day, revealing the dirty truth about men’s underwear habits ---- eeew - (#cough#sniff#)...lol.
The case is however different for women (high five, ladies)..who have been found to wear a fresh pair daily.
BUT,
this is not the case when it comes to the girls holder- aka, brassieres....many have been found to "rock" this piece of underwear time again without a wash.....hmmm.
Raise your hands if you are guilty......be honest.(#coversface)
Anyway,the Takeaway----Bottom Line is simple;
ALWAYS Keep your underwear CLEAN and FRESH (and CUTE!).
.....and so from humble me to you,I say...
Remember not to forget, you are beautiful just the way you are...
