LOVE YOUR GIRLS

Its another beautiful week and yep, the first official week in this beautiful month of AUGUST!!!

Ever asked your self this--------what part of your body is your favourite???

Mine.............Boobies, Breasts, Girls, Jugs, Tits, Melons, Hooters........among many others names.

So lets do more breast-y talk ------------ yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeahhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!

My Church-ey Excited Dance Move

The breasts represent different things to different people: femininity, sexuality, nurturing and maternal love.

But they also present potential problems: ranging from bouncing, sagging, soreness, and, to the worst case, cancer.

It therefore is important to give special attention to and take care of these delicate organs.

Here are some tips to help promote breast health, from the skin surface to the deep tissues.

REMEMBER TO MOISTURIZE

Your chest has some of your body's most sensitive skin, and it's very thin -- lying close to the chest bone(sternum).

Be sure to moisturize the thin skin on the chest with a really thick lotion.
Look for a moisturizer with ingredients that bind water to the skin, such as hyaluronic acid or cocoa butter.

Don't assume that when it comes to sunscreen, breasts are out of sight and out of mind. Sunscreen protects the breast skin from sagging by preventing the breakdown of collagen and elastin and from skin cancer.

It is advised to use creams with SPF of at least 30.

LIFT 'EM AND SHAPE 'EM

Hold Them High, Remember Gravity is not your friend.

The breasts connect to the chest wall with ligaments and fibrous tissue. "If breasts aren't properly supported, the ligaments overstretch and sag."

The larger breasts are, the more important it is to support them.

Bouncing (from dancing, exercising etc) stretches out the ligaments, so you want a bra with cups that are positioned properly, one that shapes the breasts and keeps them well held against the chest wall.

PERFECT BRA FIT

The fact of wearing the perfect fit bra can never be overemphasized and getting a professional fitting will help ----  especially if you've recently lost or gained weight, or given birth.

LIFT WEIGHTS AND CHECK WEIGHT

The benefits of exercise and maintaining a healthy weight have perks beyond breast perkiness.

When the muscles in the chest are toned, it creates more of a fullness that will make the breasts look better and so it is advised to make push-ups and inclined chest presses part of your toning routine.

No amount of exercise will increase your cup size or buoy up already sagging breasts, but staying in shape will help maintain breast shape.

Maintaining your weight -- and not yo-yo dieting -- can also help keep breasts at their best.

YO-YO WEIGHT

This is so because when you gain weight, the breasts size changes (increases), causing the skin to stretch and when you lose weight, that overstretched skin doesn't always snap back into shape, leaving breasts looking saggy.

Exercise can help limit breast cancer because it reduces the amount of body fat, which in turn lowers the storage levels of estrogen (which has been implicated in the development of breast cancer).

SELF CHECK YOU

A Self Breast Examination (SBE) is very important.....

It advised that this  is done during your menstrual period, as the breasts are most sensitive at this stage, in the morning, and after a shower.

Notice anything unusual, kindly go see your Doctor.

Go on therefore and have fun loving your girls..........they'll be sure to thank you in the future.

Enjoy your week.
