A truly remarkable organ it is--- I'm sure many agree ----- from the ability it has to modify its shape, alter its size, and rearrange its constitution in a matter of nanoseconds.πͺπͺ
So much demand to perform and outperform is placed on this meek "little one" yet great giant, yet we do not spend the much required time caring for its wellbeing.
Well, the penis’ ability to do its job is impacted by many factors and - without care - it may become less effective as time goes by.
Not anyones' intended wish I believe. .π
To save us too much talk---here are a few tips...ON HOW TO KEEP THE PENIS ON POINT.
To maintain a healthy functioning penis throughout ones entire life and also improve sexual health and performance...follow these:::
KEEP A HEALTHY WEIGHT
Obesity literally steals manhood and reduces testosterone levels in the body.
Abdominal fat converts the male hormone testosterone to the female hormone estrogen.
There is higher likelihood to have fat deposits, which can clog up blood vessels, including those to the penis, making it harder to obtain and maintain good a quality erection.... π΄

EAT RIGHT
Making healthy choices and avoiding sugary and high but empty calorie ladden foods prevent the build-up of harmful plaque deposits within the blood vessels that carry blood flow to the penis and can greatly impact sexual function.
Remember you are what you eat π΄.
MINIMIZE STRESS
.......Be it emotional or physical, stress causes the release of stress hormones-- adrenaline and cortisol.
Adrenaline causes reduction of blood flow to the penis by causing narrowing of blood vessels.
No blood flow, No erections.
Ever experienced “performance anxiety”?, blame it on the adrenaline released in response to nervousness. π
Excessive cortisol secretion, which helps drive appetite, causes the accumulation of the bad belly fat.
AVOID TOBACCO
I am sure you have heard this many times.
Aside from causing cancer, tobacco narrows the blood vessels, impairs blood flow, decreases the supply of oxygen, and also promotes inflammation, compromising every organ in the body including the penis.
DRINK IN MODERATION
In small amounts, alcohol can alleviate anxiety and act as a vasodilator (increasing blood flow) and can actually improve erectile function, but in large amounts it can be a major risk factor for erectile dysfunction.
REST AND SLEEP WELL
Sleep has a restorative function, as the brain and body requires some down time.
Sleep deprivation causes a disruption in the whole balance of the body system.
EXERCISE REGULARLY
Exercise has a remarkable effect on the human health, sexual function inclusive.
Exercise makes the heart a stronger pump, and helps with blood and oxygen supply to the organs in the body.
Exercises that work out the —the core muscles, the muscles of the hip, and the pelvic floor muscles—will improve performance.
STAY SEXUALLY ACTIVE
Use your penis......I am not preaching immorality ππ
You can help keep it in good shape by using it regularly.
Studies have shown that men who are more sexually active tend to have fewer problems with erectile dysfunction as they age.
KEEP A HEALTHY RELATIONSHIP
The mind-body connection affect sexual function greatly.
